**VANRATH** are absolutely delighted to be assisting our major Investment Company with the Recruitment of a **Document Controller** to join their fun and friendly team at their **Carrickfergus** site.
Monday - Friday - 09:00 - 17:00
£35,000 - £40,000 Depending on Experience

- _**Experience in Document Control and on site experience is sought after.**_
- Duties_
- _Registering incoming correspondence in an excel tracking spreadsheet._
- _Ensuring distribution or forwarding of correspondence to the parties responsible for reply, according to a distribution matrix._
- _Chasing responsible persons for their replies within prescribed timescales._
- _Maintaining registers of outgoing correspondence, and ensuring proper correspondence numbering._
- _Filing transmittal packages of received documentation in company sharepoint folders._
- _Maintaining registers in excel of documents._
- _Notifying responsible persons of the arrival of new documents and chasing up their review comments, according to a distribution matrix._
- _The environment is a fast-moving construction project and it is important that all records are up to date at the close of the day._
- _Supporting other project team members with ad-hoc administrative and clerical activities as required._
- Skills Required_
- _IT literate and familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook,_
- _Diligent and accurate in the processing of data._
- _Taking the initiative to make corrections to data or identify gaps where numbering sequence indicates items might be missing._
- Previous experience of working in a technical environment or construction project would be advantageous._
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
