**So, what does the role of an Insurance Account Handler/Executive here involve?**

This role will be made for you if you love fostering relationships and helping clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs. Our Account Handlers/Executives are excellent at tailoring their approach, working with clients face to face, on the phone or via video calls. Our clients will need your support all year round and then there are those all-important networking and prospecting activities that will help you to build and develop your portfolio as you go.

As an Account Handler/Executive here, it isn’t only about the “upsell” or the “cross sell”. Unlike similar roles focussed on growth, working with us puts you in a unique position to offer clients solutions from a diverse range of brands and wide breadth of products with huge opportunity across the Ardonagh Group.

You will
- Place cover when instructed, inviting and confirming renewals, dealing with mid-term adjustments and provide assistance in claims issues when appropriate. You will control your own diary.
- Assist customers in relation to claims queries.
- Provide new business quotes for all classes of personal lines, providing advice, information and guidance and onboarding as required.
- Take instructions from existing customers in relation to alternations.
- Collect monies from clients within the Company’s agreed credit period and ensure documentation is issued and received in a timely fashion.
- Build and maintain strong open relationships with both clients and insurers.

**What experience do our Account Handlers/Executives need?**

It’s essential that you have experience gained from within the Insurance Industry in a personal lines broking role as you will be offering a complete personal lines experience to new and existing customers. It would be a bonus if you have any relevant qualifications, although we offer plenty of opportunity to gain these once you join us.

This is an office-based role for 6 months and once probation is passed, a hybrid working option can be considered.
