Dental Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity at Perfect Smile in Ham We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual who will add to our highly experienced team and help us to maintain exceptional customer service and patient care.

We’re a leading provider of dentistry services, offering a full range of treatments; you will be joining a dedicated, professional, and experienced team, who put patients at the heart of everything they do, in a warm and welcoming environment.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service at all times, whilst still maintaining the highest standard of clinical care. You will work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the practice day runs smoothly whilst working together to ensure the practice’s purpose & goals are achieved.

Services we provide include dental implants, facial aesthetic treatments, orthodontics, teeth whitening, cosmetic treatments as well as routine dental care.

**Receptionist role and responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Admin logs and checklists
- Handling payments/Cashing up/Bad debt
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality

**Your skills and experience**
- Previous administration or reception experience within dental is required
- Nursing experience preferable
- Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast paced environment
- Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- R4 experience preferred
- Provide exceptional patient care
- Ensure CQC requirements are met
- Positive and enthusiastic

- Richmond: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
