Branch Administrator

As part of the Travis Perkins branch team in Macclesfield, you will play a vital role in our continued success, providing a first class service.

Our Macclesfield branch is a team of 11 colleagues, in addition to our standard offering we have a tool hire team and Benchmarx kitchen displays. This is a 30 hour a week **Administrator** role and we can discuss working days/patterns with an aim to accommodate what works best for you.

**What will I be doing?**

Not one day is the same as the next in Travis Perkins branch life, but here is a taste of the duties and responsibilities:
Invoice matching and processing payments to suppliers

Ticket sorting, batching and input

Credit investigations and resolving of queries

Working closely with the logistics team to manage accuracy

And most importantly, safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that our standards never slip, this means maintaining a tidy and safe working environment at all times.

**What we are looking for**

Ideally you will have previous administration experience but you will definitely have great communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly at all times, you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis. Computer skills are essential however full TP system training will be given.

Knowledge of the Construction or Builders Merchant industry is an advantage but not essential.
