**Inbound Call Centre Life Insurance Advisor**

**Salary**: £10.77 p/h with the opportunity to move to £12.51 p/h + Bonus opportunity (max. earnings up to £30,000.00)

**Contract**: Permanent, Fulltime 37.5 hours

**Shift**: Week Rotational, Monday
- Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-5pm

**Role details.**

As an advisor in our call centre you will be the first point of contact with customers who have previously connected with our life insurance client. You will provide excellent customer service by talking customers through insurance quotes to fit their needs. You will receive full product training and personal development plans that will allow you to develop your career.

This role involves communicating with customers over 50 to assess their current situation, researching products to match their needs, processing paperwork, and ensuring existing customer information is up to date. You will utilise the knowledge we teach you about life insurance policies to evaluate, recommend and provide plans to customers based on their needs. You will also be work to maximize sales at every opportunity through promoting a variety of financial service products.

This role is well suited to people who have a strong background in sales, customer service/people skills, great listeners, and people who are compassionate and empathetic.

**What we are looking for.**
- Pay advance for new starts
- 2 weeks of in-depth training from 9 to 5pm (M-F) followed by an extra 3 weeks of extended support from 9 to 5pm (M-F) before going on to the floor
- Start with 28 days holiday per year and earn more as you stay with us
- Fantastic shift rotations of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm
