**About the role**

Within our Early Help Hubs, we provide help and support to children, young people, and their families from before birth, up to the age of 19. Part of this offer is to actively promote the benefits of Early Education and Early Intervention. We have a large number of schools and private providers that we have developed strong relationships with and, by working together, we ensure that outcomes for children in Barnet are above the national average.

**About you**

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is passionate about Early Years Education. You will need to work well as part of a team and be happy to travel around the borough developing relationships with partners. You will need excellent interpersonal skills as a large amount of the role will involve interacting with the public and other key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
To provide a childcare brokerage service to parents, carers, and professionals to access targeted childcare schemes. To provide an outreach service to promote the Early Years services to parents, carers, professionals, childcare providers, and other key stakeholders.

The aim of the Family Service is to ensure that all children and young people in Barnet achieve the best possible outcomes and to enable them to become successful adults, especially our most vulnerable children. They should be supported by high quality, integrated and inclusive services that identify additional support needs early, are accessible, responsive and affordable for the individual child and their family.
