**Job Summary**

The department consists of four teams: Court of Protection, Probate, Trust Management and Tax and Trust Advisory. We advise on the full range of issues that affect individuals from a lack of mental capacity, death, tax and trusts. The work is challenging, and the teams are very hard working and keen to deliver the best possible service to our clients. The role is to provide support as detailed below for the Private Client teams. The role will be based in our Salisbury office.

**Key objectives and responsibilities**
- Take phone calls that are not taken by advisers and relaying messages as appropriate
- Scan documents that are not picked up centrally by the Facilities support team
- Print letters and documents and locating enclosures
- Make payment requests and expense claims in time, date and priority order
- Open new matters when the person primarily responsible for this is away
- Archive original documents and close files
- Assist with printing out files and checking their contents for costing purposes when the person primarily responsible for this is away
- Provide any other administrative and secretarial support to the Private Client teams required

- Typing speed of 65wpm with accuracy, in excess of 90%.
