The successful applicant will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Limited who are a resource management company with a long term agreement to provide resource at five Jaguar Land Rover Experience, (JLRE), centres.

JLRE Eastnor is part of the Global JLRE Venues program, incorporating Eastnor, Solihull, Liverpool, Castle Bromwich and Wolverhampton. JLRE Venues are a Global function promoting customer experiences in the Jaguar and Land Rover brand.

**_Key Responsibilities _**

The position is primarily working with the JLRE Lead Instructors and delivery team, providing the delivery of Vehicle Handovers and Customer Experiences to a high standard to our Modern Luxury customers

This role within JLRE will support the ongoing development of Customer Experiences that strengthen Brand Loyalty and Customer retention. Enabling Guests to experience Jaguar Land Rovers electrified products through skilled, knowledgeable and engaging experiences at multiple sites.
- Full-time role with the requirement to work Saturdays on a rota basis, with unsociable hours working as and when required.
- Delivers demonstration drives to Guests on a variety of on
- road, track and off-road terrains
- Knowledgeable experts, proactively supporting JLR’s customers and the Retailer network.
- Knowledgeable experts in the connectivity and In Control technologies of the JLR vehicles
- Support for the Electrification programme including Encore handovers, Induction sessions, EV related events, training and Retailer engagement sessions based from home venue.
- Ensures vehicles are presented at their best
- Demonstrates best practice driving techniques
- Shows passion and enthusiasm for the Jaguar Land Rover Brands
- Hosts guests to a high standard and strives to make each Guest’s experience unique and enjoyable
- Demonstrates good knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover products and explains vehicle features and benefits
- Encourages Guests to try other Jaguar Land Rover Experiences
- Demonstrates the Jaguar Land Rover behaviours at all times
- Follows established standards and procedures
- Ensure instructional standards are continually improved, in compliance with Global standards
- Works flexibly to accommodate business and Guest demands,
- Environmental responsibility.
- Keeps knowledge up to date using available resources
- Hosting customers during arrival, breaks and departure providing hospitality, refreshments and engaging with your guests.
- Supports Jaguar Land Rover Experience colleagues on events and activities at own and other locations as required
- Supports other colleagues in the team with day to day activities
- Maintaining high standards of behaviour, dress, instruction and product knowledge.
- Completes personal development activity to achieve certification
- Maintaining instructor training and re-assessment records
- Hosting Induction/Handover guests at the Venue when required. Future requirement to provide handovers at customer locations or Retailer.
- Actively promotes other available experiences and training at own and potentially other Centres around the world.
- Develops self and others
- Be self-motivated, able to develop, motivate and inspire teams as well as have an ambition to make a difference within the JLRE business

**_Skills, experience and qualifications required_**
- Appreciation and understanding of in car technologies and vehicle connectivity software.

- Enthusiasm, drive, commitment, the confidence to achieve goals
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Passionate about guest satisfaction. Ideally, you will have proven experience within a similar environment.
- Experience of communicating with people from other cultures
- Hold a full UK Drivers licence and have done so for the last 12 months. Have not been convicted of any offence involving dangerous driving; know of no circumstances which would disqualify one from driving.

**Salary**: £25,099.00 per year
