**The Role**

**Do you have a strong background in Stakeholder Management? A knowledge of Retail Operations? Keen to grow your career with the largest UK Health and Wellness Retailer?**

As our** Retail Supply Lead**, you'll ensure consistent operational delivery of key retail initiatives, act as a business partner with our Supply Chain teams to facilitate and govern the execution of all activity across this function whilst working closely with our Store Management population.

You will support the Operations and Loss Prevention team in delivering the shrink strategy for the financial year, so you'll need a clear understanding of stock, discount, price override and delivery processes.

Some key accountabilities include:

- Partnering members of the SLT across key functions to build, develop and exploit a wide set of functional relationships.
- Accountable for the Implementation and control of processes and activities within your specific field to ensure budget targets are met on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Partner with the Policy and Procedure advisor to ensure all manuals are always kept up to date and they are reviewed in line with any instore change.
- Partner with the training department to effectively manage and launch new initiatives into the business ensuring training is completed across the store estate.
- Be clear on reasons for Shrink in Retail within the financial year, what is the data telling us, what is the cause and help to develop the solutions to deliver a reduction in Shrink loss
- Analyse store availability reporting to understand and produce actionable MI to help improve ISA and OSA.
- Produce reporting and analysis to support promotional planning and changeover in store, identifying risk lines and partnering our supply and trading function to find practical solutions for risk lines.
- Working alongside store managers and regional business managers to capture quantitative and qualitative data to support the business in evaluating the success of current initiatives along with supporting future ones.

- Broad numerical & analytical background with experience in complex statistical problems and scenario modelling
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities to challenge and improve but understanding the impact of all stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to turn data into insight and actionable MI.
