Order Fulfilment Planner

**Responsibilities**:

- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, and convert them into job cards for the production unit
- Distribute work to production team, ensuring strict time deadlines are adhered to, keeping within the agreed budget
- Maintain ERP systems where applicable
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Attend regular team meetings with Supply Chain Team and Order Fulfilment Manager, and produce information gathered
- Upkeep of spreadsheets

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in fulfillment/warehouse administration preferred
- Familiarity with supply chain operations and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting

Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
