**About The Role**:

**Sunday - Wednesday, 7am - 6pm**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Identify stock discrepancies, investigate root causes and implement appropriate corrective actions to improve.
- To make necessary stock amendments on PR2.
- Recording, reporting and investigation of all stock write offs at the site.
- Physical stock takes of stock holding at the end of financial quarter
- End of day write on /write off reporting to be summarised and submitted to Stocks Team Leader
- All pallet movements to be correctly scanned onto a system.
- Ensuring correct stock rotation, taking into account stock age and production requirements and highlight/investigate any areas of concern to the Shift Operations Leader(SOL).
- To attend at any stock audits as instructed by the Shift Operations Leader or relevant parties.
- Liaise with the SOL immediately if the Stock Team is behind the daily schedule and communicate and quality, technical or Health and Safety issues.
- To ensure the correct and adequate training of employees is demonstrated to fulfil due diligence requirements and that the team is trained to the required skills levels to enable maximum performance and that job rotation is fully functional and recorded.
- To deputise for the Shift Operations Leader and Production Line Leaders in their absence and ensure the continued efficiency of the department.

**What are we looking for?**
- Educated to GCSE standard including English and Maths****:

- Good numeracy skills
- Computer Literate with string Excel, Word and Windows knowledge
- Experience of working to KPI’s
- Good Practical Skills with strong attention to detail
- Team Leading experience
- Willing to take any training required for this role
- Previous auditing skills
- Strong communication skills with an analytical way of thinking
