_**Are you an experienced CNC Operator, looking for a new challenge?**_

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a **CNC Operator **to work for a highly reputable client based in **Shildon,** joining their expanding team. This is a Temp to Perm position.

**CNC Operator Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsibility for the operation of the CNC machines, achieving or improving upon planned standard times and achieving necessary quality levels.
- The ability to use a range of measuring equipment together with working knowledge of inspection procedures to undertake self
- inspection.
- Working with a range of materials.
- Interpreting drawings and ensuring dimensional accuracy.
- Working as part of a machine shop team and interfacing with peers and production supervision.

**CNC Operator Applicants**:
**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to accurately read drawings and identify discrepancies
- The ability to fault find and problem solve
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Experienced of working with stone (desirable)

**Working shifts, Monday to Friday. Hourly rate is: £11.07 for 6-2 & days and £13.28 for 2-10. An enhanced rate is provided when require to work nights.**
