The high end luxury and sophisticated surroundings, paired with impeccable service, provides the perfect setting for any occasion - be it a unique family day ,chill down music night, culinary adventure, a romantic date, or a celebration with loved ones. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and restaurant area, all cleaning duties must be undertaken
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest services
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service

Skills:Knowledge of food safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
