**In this exciting** **service recovery** **role, you will** **be investigating** **delayed baggage** **and** **providing expert baggage tracing to our airports worldwide. You are the** **main** **point of contact for all airports, claims** **team** **and our call centres for help and guidance** **in** **tracing delayed baggage,** **together with** **offering advice to our customers** **utilising your** **excellent** **customer service skills. You will** **be proactive** **in your** **approach with the strive to repatriate the delayed baggage promptly by interrogating several different software systems so being computer literate is important. Having empathy when trying to resolve our customer complaints is very important.** **This is a** **shift** **role, 365 days per year and primarily office based and the ability to acquire an airside driving permit, is desirable.**
