We are looking to recruit a passionate Senior Psychological Therapist. You would be joining a dynamic management team and support the service in delivering the main KPIs by providing creative leadership in your specialist area and supporting the performance and development of a small team of therapists under your direct line management.

You would oversee the service provision of an IAPT based modality waiting list and offer clinical supervision. You would also undertake service projects aimed at improving/enhancing our service provision to our residents.

You would also hold a small caseload of face-to-face clients and offer the majority of your clinical work via video and telephone. Currently our staff are attending our clinical buildings one day a week and then working the rest of the week at home, this would be continually reviewed in line with our clinical demands.
