Our client has an exciting opportunity for a **Marketing Manager - Technology & Media Solutions **to join the team.

Location: Sheffield or London Office with Hybrid Working (Anticipated Office based 2-3 days per week)

**Salary**: £40,000 Basic + Additional Package

Our client offers products and services to a range of private and public-sector customers, operating across the UK. Their head office is in Sheffield with a satellite office in London. The business has seen significant growth over recent years, with salesnow at £6m, and there’s a sustainable long-term growth plan in place. They are now looking to bring onboard a Marketing Manager to drive strategic interaction across both B2B and B2C customers.

The MarketingManager role has been created in order to build internal and external contact and go-to-market strategies for partners, and end-user B2B and B2C customer groups.

**Marketing Manager** - The Role:
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all marketing activity across two brands that face into a multi-layered customer landscape. You will give strategic direction and drive delivery through an external agency and an in-house creative studio.The role requires a proactive, hands on, all-round marketer with the ability to deliver a multi-customer, multi-brand marketing plan across multiple channels. Our client is looking for someone who can think strategically and creatively across multiple customerlandscapes to deliver quality execution through the sales funnel, driving both acquisition, customer engagement, advocacy and increased usage of all products and services.

This is a great opportunity to set and execute a plan across key marketing disciplines with quality in-house as well as external creative support. Opportunity to directly influence the commercial performance of the business through marketing activity.

**Marketing Manager **- Key Responsibilities:

- Set a marketing strategy and plan across channel, for multiple customer groups and across two brands, that drives the commercial objectives
- Deliver the plan through the in-house creative teams and the external agency to generate quality executions across channel
- Influence both acquisition and in-life customer engagement and x-sell. Effect key metrics: revenue, through increased usage of our products from existing customers, NPS and new customer sales
- Take ownership of the external agency relationship and be responsible for driving quality outputs.
- Be the key marketing stakeholder across the organisation, championing the voice of the customer and representing two brands in two different markets
- Support Customer Success teams by executing on relevant marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention and increased product usage from existing customers
- Support Sales Teams with acquisition activity
- Support the Product teams in order to produce relevant marketing material that accurately articulates the range of products and services
- Develop the brand in the market - both to B2B and B2C customer groups
- Drive multiple marketing campaigns through multiple stakeholders to deliver on your plan

**Marketing Manager **- You:

- Prior experience of delivering a multi-campaign marketing strategy and plan across both print and media executions - ideally (but not imperative) in a B2B2C environment
- Experience managing external agencies and /or in-house creative teams
- Proactive team player, self-starter, creative, customer-focused thinker that can roll their sleeves up to deliver
- Commercially minded marketer. Ability to think strategically as well as deliver the plan
- Good communication skills - ability to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Able to complete multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and varied role

You will have experience of working as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Services Manager, Portfolio Marketing Manager, Community Marketing Manager, Partner Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive or similar
