Receptionist/admin Assistant

Receptionsit/Admin Assistant required for busy solicitor’s practice in Walthamstow E17.
We are a small but very long established firm dealing with Conveyancing/Wills & Probate/Crime.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
Answering telephone calls
Greeting visitors to the office
Supporting the admin needs of the solicitors in the practice.
Provide high quality and client focussed support
Post, including sorting and delivery/collection
Dealing with faxes sent/received
Scanning/Photocopying Documents
Dealing with Court bundles
Assist with returned Outsourced Typing documents as required
Going to the bank/post office as required
Full time employment - 35 hours per week
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm

Concise and accurate written work
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Reliable, flexible and enthusiastic

Organised and able to prioritise

GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
