Meeting and greeting all clients/visitors to their offices,
- Act as the first point of contact for clients telephoning inmanaging, screening and forward incoming enquires/calls/accurate messages to key stakeholders,
- General administrative duties,
- Data entry,
- Filing,
- Assisting clients with property enquiries.
- Assisting other departments on an adhoc basis.

**The Right Person**

You will be the face of the company, therefore the ability to build a good rapport and present/conduct yourself in a professional manner is a key to the role. We’re looking for people who exhibit the following qualities:

- Circa 2-years+ previous administrative experience,
- Comfortable speaking on the telephone, maintaining a respectful, professional manner,
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)a professional, eloquent manner with a smart appearance,
- Accurate typing / database entry skillsa good attention to detail,
- Effective planning, organisation and deadline time-keeping skills,
- Competent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook etc). Experience with Agency Pilot and/or Propman preferred, but not essential,
- Full UK Driving Licence.
