Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people transitioning to independence? We invite dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers in our 16+ semi-independent setting young people leaving care and UCAS.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to young residents in their journey toward independence.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the well-being of residents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalized support plans.
- Mentor and guide residents in acquiring essential life skills, such as budgeting, cooking, and job readiness.
- Collaborate with fellow team members, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Level 3 in Children and Young people’s Workforce
- Previous experience in a similar support role with Children and young people.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by young people transitioning to independence.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
