Showerstoyou.co.uk and Westsidebathrooms.co.uk are e-commerce websites that operate from their home in North East Lincolnshire. Established on the success of a family-owned shower and bathroom showroom and fitting company created over 40 years ago, our e-commerce sites have been able to provide products and services to customers all over the UK. Employing in total of 24 staff who work across two locations in Grimsby and cover job roles from sales to bathroom fitting, from content creation to warehouse operatives, the companies continue to evolve in response to the marketplace and technology. Showers to You was established in 2008 and sell over 25,000 products. Westside Bathrooms was established in 2019 and is in its infancy of becoming a popular eCommerce website to attract additional custom.

We have experienced rapid growth and business success over the last few years to become one of the premier bathroom retailers online nationwide. Our success has been due to expert business management and our loyal staff, who have driven the company to achieve this through their dedication and hard work.

**Job Outline**

A position has become available to join the E-Commerce team to work in admin performing duties relating to all aspects of customer orders and deliveries, from customers placing orders on the website, to contacting suppliers and booking in stock on our stock control & inventory systems.

You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager, Customer Services & Sales Team, as well as with the Warehouse Manager in order to fulfil duties relating to Customers, Suppliers and Orders.

**Responsibilities**
- Booking stock in and out on the Computer Systems
- Using Internal IT Systems to alert other teams of when stock is available / not available
- Contacting Suppliers by Telephone & E-mail
- Placing stock orders with suppliers
- Tracking & monitoring of orders to suppliers and customer orders
- Answering the telephone
- Assisting in packaging parcels (if required)
- Keeping Stock Records
- To Assist the Sales Team when necessary

**Skills Required**:

- Good IT Literacy Skills including competence in using Excel, Outlook, Word, The Internet and being adaptable to learning how to use the stock control programs.
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking
- Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent communicator
- Ability to work with a team
- Basic Understanding of E-Commerce
- Good time keeping
- Digital Organisation skills
- Ability to work on your own and show initiative
- Good Literacy & Numeracy Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
