**Role Highlights**:
A chance to define and lead the development of one of Wavemaker’s most exciting areas of growth: our global Talent & IP practice. A role requiring world-class creative leadership from conception and planning to overseeing and crafting the activation. - They’ll provide transformative leadership and Support in the form of product, partner and creative expertise to Wavemaker teams - helping them establish ideas that _lead_ the plan not just sit within it.

**Role Overview**:
As content is a prevalent part of every single media plan, Wavemaker is working to elevate the offering for global clients, ensuring that our clients get the best of Wavemaker across every market.
As a global partner, you must unearth and prioritize content opportunities within the organization, help architect and execute content programs across talent and IP, and provide creative solutions to roadblocks that arise throughout the ideation and execution process.
This is a role that is highly connected - specifically galvanizing and developing talent at both a global and local level. You will be viewed as a valued partner to client leads and the media community at large. Influence of all levels - both within Wavemaker and clients - will be critical.
Identifying first-to-market opportunities requires close collaboration with the wider global team, GroupM Motion Content Group, Goat (formerly Inca) and specialist partners.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Insatiable curiosity on the future of content and creativity, specifically in areas of IP, talent and media
- Define a global approach to talent and IP programs that can be both tactical and strategic, and always provocative, accountable and recognized through revenue and rewards
- Leverage the best of Wavemaker and WPP data to unearth provocative insights and opportunities for our clients in partnership with our client teams
- Develop and deliver a partnership strategy and roadmap that positively impacts multiple areas of the Plan on a Page, and finds opportunities for predictable client growth across talent and IP
- Confident leadership in the conception, design and development of creative and strategic solutions
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams using a persuasive, professional and confident approach to all engagements
- Support activation teams in bringing the program into existence on global clients
- Work with the rest of the team to engage media vendors (broadcast, print, digital, talent agencies, production companies) on brand activation program objectives
- Craft presentations and pitch collateral to sell-in program concepts to brand teams
- Liaise directly with team members, media partners/vendors to build programs toward phase of execution
- Leverage content best practices to exceed program goals and constantly re-evaluate metrics
- **This role is not responsible for implementation of programs but will oversee as they move into activation**
