We are looking for a VIDEOGRAPHER to join the Marketing Team of Caprice Holdings.

Working collaboratively with the creative team across our luxury brands to create engaging video content for our social platforms. Instrumental in telling our brand’s narratives. Responsible for planning, executing, capturing & editing best in class video footage across our brands.

Being well versed and highly skilled in the art of video-making; story-telling, camera work, creative editing, grading, filtering and overall aesthetics. Hospitality and fashion experience necessary.

The role requires a focused, hardworking, and positive individual. You must be able to remain calm and professional in pressured situations while maintaining a proactive attitude.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Working on projects from conception through to completion in a highly visual, dynamic, passionate diverse team, thinking conceptually and fast, with a strong eye for detail.
- Expert use and knowledge of Adobe CC (Premiere Pro).
- Brainstorming and conceptualizing creative briefs
- Capturing all types of video content such as; cocktails, interiors, lifestyle, food
- Demonstrating competence/expertise in film production, ranging from lighting, directing editing, operating cameras, assistant directing, storyboarding
- Adding graphics and special effects to footage
- Leading and evolving our approach and process of videography
- Identifying areas for a more efficient and smoother workflow
- Managing on set experience
- Using excellent knowledge and skills of video production
- Contributing new ideas, techniques, and feedback to creative team
- Encouraging a learning environment, feedback, and collaboration
- Being positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative as well as able to work under pressure without compromising performance or accuracy in a deadline-oriented environment
- To maintain high personal standards of presentation, dress, and behaviour

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year’s experience
- Previous experience working at a similar level
- A good technical knowledge of video equipment, theory, and workflow
