Nexus Recruitment are seeking a Credit Controller for an established and well-respected managing agent in South-East London. My client is very sociable as a team and are currently in a strong period of growth which has brought this position about. Valuingyour voice, they are looking for someone to join the business who brings their own ideas to improve the current way things are run and someone who will make this department their own. They want someone to join who has a genuine desire to excel their career;this position is likely to step into more of a senior role as the company continues to grow, so there really is no glass ceiling to this opportunity. The key duties of the role are as follows:

- Bank reconciliation
- Issuing service charge demands
- Chasing debt
- Liaising with solicitors on overdue debt
- Managing monthly payment plans
- Paying invoices
- Dealing with all queries
- Monthly reporting for management
- 2+ years Accounts Receivable / Credit Control background
- AAT qualifications desired
- Service charge experience, desired but not essential
- Competent with Excel and banking systems
- Organised and efficient work mindset
- Ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders

Hours 8:30-5pm

£32,000-£35,000pa plus two bonus schemes
