Following the closure of our latest funding round to support the growth of our business both in the UK and internationally, we are growing the team in several areas.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the commercial team in managing customer sales processes from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Take charge of progress monitoring, issue resolution, and communicate regular updates to stakeholders, amplifying our impact.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system or other relevant software.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to address their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the commercial team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other materials for client meetings and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or commercial operations environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management principles.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- The role is office based.

Pay: £27,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
