**The Role**
- Schedule and organise project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects by coordinating various project activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication within project teams and across departments to ensure everyone is well-informed and aligned.
- Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely responses.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent administration skills
- Highly competent using Microsoft office, particularly Excel
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
