A key role within the organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing Regional & International Trade Customs activities and ensure all regularity compliance is adhered to across multiple sites and locations.
A background in Export Customs to USA will be crucial to this role.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Advising, communicating and lead training across sites and locations on current Trade & Customs regulations
- Be the go-to, point of contact for all things Trade & Compliance within the organisation
- Oversee all Regional & International Trade and Customs activities
- Ensuring compliance to local and global policies.
- Implementing new projects and processes within a complex organisation on an international scale
- A proven background in Export Customs/Trade Compliance
- Confident with operating on a UK, European and Global level
- Working knowledge of ERP, Trade or Customs Systems
- Knowledge in regards to compliance around VAT, Duties & Sanctions
- A background within "Economic Agreed" Partnerships
- Exposure to Chemicals would be desirable
