**About the team**:
FIS’ Global Business Resilience organization is seeking a high caliber, entrepreneurially minded **Crisis Management (CM) Specialist** who enjoys making a difference in a high growth company. This individual will have a passion for driving impactful resilience planning to ensure the successful adoption, effectiveness and continuous improvements of the program across a dynamic environment while being laser focused on adding value to our internal and external customers.

**About the role**:
**What you'll be doing**:

- Working with the Senior Director and team to develop the strategic crisis management strategy and annual execution plan, as well as monitor and track annual program activities to meet minimum regulatory requirements
- Responding proactively to all incidents as needed or assigned, which could be after hours and weekends
- Helping drive the implementation of the annual strategic business resilience program to continue to grow a resilient culture in everything we do
- Helping manage both direct and indirect members of the various resilience teams to drive the execution of the function and deliver on required outcomes
- Developing exercise scenarios to challenge the teams, writing exercise summaries and conducting regular follow up with assigned business crisis plans
- Facilitating senior and executive management workshops, trainings and exercises for assigned business crisis plans and large special projects
- Proactively work with key leaders to strengthen relationships, train stakeholders on CM protocols, enhance connection points to ultimately boost our collective ability to escalate and activate quickly and efficiently
- Supporting all strategic business resilience compliance and regulatory reporting requirements as necessary
- Continuously look for ways to streamline or automate processes and procedures
- Enhancing and maintaining resilience metrics and analytics program, aligned with key resiliency partners, that drives metrics to include operational performance, delivery against targets and companywide resiliency
- Championing CM awareness throughout the enterprise
- Position will require some off-hour, on-call support (on an as needed basis)

- Ability to act with urgency and understand the dynamic and ambiguous nature of the crisis management environment for a global fintech operating on multiple time zones
- Experience of facilitating Crisis response to large scale impacting events
- Be available, as required, to drive the response to crisis level events at the Enterprise level and partner with regional and key corporate and LOB functional areas as they respond to these events
- The ability to drive complex, cross functional initiatives at a global level with multiple stakeholders

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree or similar level of experience
- Industry certification preferred but not necessary (MBCI, ABCP or CBCP)
- 5-7 years of experience in a corporate Crisis Management/Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery environment and/or, payments space, banking industry, crisis communications experience
- Experience of being successful in delivering programs in a matrix management environment
- Excellent project management and data analytics skills and experience with using data to drive decisions and develop maturity in a program
- Must be a detail-oriented individual with an unrelenting commitment to accuracy
- Must possess a strong track record of collaboration and teamwork beyond direct-line reporting to ensure efficient relationship with ITDR and CM teams as well as business unit staff across the enterprise
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-pressured environment
- Highly developed problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively communicate to various levels of management and staff across the enterprise
- High level of personal initiative, creativity and self-motivation
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and indirect influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence of individuals at various organizational levels
