Package: £24,000 - £26,000 + Bonus

Location: Basingstoke

Work Patterns: Monday
- Friday (On Site)

As an Internationally recognised wine company, we are seeking to hire an energetic admin clerk to oversee the office-related tasks within the warehouse. As a beverage company that is having monumental growth, you will be working in an environment where notwo days are the same. You will be tasked with making sure all Warehouse documentation is up to date and prepared accordingly and ensuring all admin tasks are maintained to a high standard.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Effectively prepare and complete the Goods-in Documentation for the Warehouse, ensuring all paperwork is completed in the desired time.
- Ensure all Goods-out documentation is prepared in advance, communicating with other departments and hauliers in making sure despatch is effective.
- Monitor and record stock making sure that warehouse picking is allocated to the right department
- Liaise with stakeholders and other internal departments within the warehouse, tackling any customer queries and maintaining a high level of service.

Experience Required
- Previous experience in an administration role, preferably within a logistics background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on being computer literate
- Track record of working in a fast-paced environment and be able to plan your own workload
