**The Role of a Branch Manager**

As an Industrial and Driving specialist, you will enjoy the relationship-building element of the role along with business development and exploring new leads and opportunities within the transport and Industrial sector.

We are looking for someone with a proven history of branch development, growing the client base and leading from the front in sales and revenue generation. A strong background in the industrial and driving sector is essential, with the desire and drive tohelp grow an already operational office.

Leading and guiding the small team that already exists as well as working closely with the senior management team in taking the branch from strength to strength.

You will be joining a company whereby we believe that the Managers should be empowered to develop their own style, along with having their own individual approach to grow their own reputation in the marketplace. We encourage our management teams to takefull autonomy and responsibility for managing their own time and you will have no geographical limitations but will benefit from the support of an experienced and established brand name.

Previous recruitment branch management experience is essential and have a proven background in billing and revenue generation.

You must be adaptable, determined, enthusiastic, persuasive, resilient and self-motivated.

Take full control of branch figures, setting targets for yourself and the team around you and take pride in delivering an exemplary service to all clients.

Knowledge of the local Rugby, Coventry and surrounding areas with be an advantage.

Must hold a driving license

**Salary & Benefits offered for a Branch Manager**

In addition to realistic career opportunities tailored to yourself, we offer a market leading remuneration package with a basic salary of £30,000 - £37,000 DOE along with a performance related commission structure as well as receiving other additional benefits.
