**Branch Manager**
**The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a branch manager on behalf of a leading sofa and furniture retailer. Circa £35K base (DOE) - £65K OTE (uncapped).**

Our client is an instantly recognisable UK brand selling high quality sofas and furniture.

This position is a showroom-based retail management role and will entail leading a team helping customers to choose the perfect furniture item for their home.

You will ideally have management experience in a direct sales environment, coupled with bags of energy and lots of enthusiasm. You will be good with people, outgoing, friendly, have a positive 'can do’ attitude and have the drive to succeed. You will beable to lead from the front, personally driving sales and motivating your team to achieve targets and goals.**
**Our client is open seven days a week so flexibility regarding working Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, is required. In return you will receive a**competitive base salary plus generous commission and bonuses.
