The Recruitment Bunker are proud to announce they are recruiting exclusively for a Client Relationship Executive, to work for our high end client Koenigsegg London.

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will have a passion for the Automotive sector, be highly client focused, going above and beyond at all times to deliver the highest level of customer service, and ensuring that all Koenigsegg London clients receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.

**Overview of the Role**

- Salary - £40,000 - £45,000 OTE £75K
- Pension
- Holidays: 33 Days (including Bank Holidays)

***Responsibilities**
- To work with the Dealer Principal to develop and administer a client relations programme, designed to build, and retain a loyal client base which is second to none in the industry
- To fully understand the business capabilities, products, and services to drive new business opportunities, maximise sales and enhance portfolio of clients both in the UK and overseas
- Always maintain a professional appearance
- Ensure the client experience journey is always professional, welcoming, and engaging
- Continuously monitor and provide quarterly market research on market trends, developments, competitors, and potential clients and assist with the development of the client sales strategy
- Populate and maintain a central CRM system documenting all client engagements in a professional manner and one that befits the standard when managing UHNW individuals
- Contact existing and potential clients to maintain relationships and establish rapport with new clients, arranging meetings where necessary
- Ensure that all new and used vehicles are thoroughly checked and prepared to the highest possible standard to be received by our clients
- Ensure that pre/post-sale client contacts are made in line with the companies’ stringent contact plan strategy and that updated files are kept on all clients
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for any new clients experiencing mechanical problems and follow up with all parties after service or repairs have been completed
- Prepare monthly reports on the status of client satisfaction in the dealership, including results of surveys
- Follow up on all sales enquiries in a timely manner
- Achieve agreed targets and KPI’s
- Discuss dealership client satisfaction standings with the Dealer Principal and relevant colleagues, monitoring significant changes and identifying areas of improvements
- Maintain a case history file of all client complaints and problems, documented with client's name, vehicle, date of contact, nature of problem, personnel involved and detailed description of resolution
- Review all post-sale service cases with the Dealer Principal
- Maintain a file of the dealership's client satisfaction achievements
- Attend sales, service, and management meetings
- Attend relevant conferences, seminars, shows, exhibitions, and networking events to actively generate leads.

***Essential Skills**
- Experience of working in a high-end Dealership/ Automotive Sector
- Proven track record of holding a position within Customer Relations, Sales/Aftersales or in a similar role within the Automotive sector
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial awareness
- Use of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to use CRM sales software systems
- A strong passion for cars and automotive engineering
- A passion to thrive and work within the Automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to speak to new and existing clients
- Strong client facing skills and relationship management both internal and external
- Proven organisational skills and excellent time management
- Desire to achieve targets in a fast-paced working environment
- Previous experience of developing and delivering presentations to inspire and educate clients in the benefits of using our services
- Discipline to follow technical and administrational procedures
- A drive to learn and improve at every opportunity

**Desirable Skills**:

- Previous experience of using Salesforce system
