Smoker/kiln Operator

An opportunity is available for an individual to train as part of the smoking team to be based mainly on day shift.

The requirements for the job are as follows,
- Knowledge and experience of the smoking process or willing to learn.
- Willingness to learn how to use the equipment in this area.
- Ability to maintain accurate written records, with diligence and accuracy, this involves records of CCP’s.
- Motivated and reliable with good attendance record.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Good team worker.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
