Smoker/kiln Operator

**Who are we?**

Nor-Sea Foods is part of a fast-growing group of companies, including IFC and Nolan Seafoods with sites in Fraserburgh and Aberdeen. It produces a variety of quality fish products largely under private label for a worldwide customer base. We trade principally in the Pelagic species - Mackerel, Herring and Sprats, Whitefish - Haddock and Whiting, and Salmon.

**What is the job?**

Nor-SEa Foods, based in Altens in Aberdeen are looking to add the smoking team.
This position will be mainly on dayshift, although afternoons and early evenings will be required to be worked on a rotational basis.

The requirements for the job are as follows:

- Knowledge and experience of the smoking process or willing to learn.
- Willingness to learn how to use the equipment in this area.
- Ability to maintain accurate written records, with diligence and accuracy, this involves records of CCP’s.
- Motivated and reliable with good attendance record.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Good team worker.
