Our client has grown over the years and are recognised in the cleaning industry as one of the leading independent janitorial distributors.

This is a brand new role, great for someone to come in and make it their own. It's a fantastic opportunity with various roles and responsibilities which would be ideal for someone who likes a varied role.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, hardworking, confident, with great customer service skills. Someone who can manage their own workload and bring new ideas/ways of working.

**What does the role involve?**
- Coordinating the BDM's schedules, diary management and communicating relevant information
- Informing clients of unforeseen delays/problems
- Preparing quotes for potential customers
- Managing budget for expenses
- Supporting the customer service team
- To work closely with memberships by providing support and encouraging growth
- Receptionist responsibilities
- Any other administrative duties required

**Who would be the right fit?**
- Someone who is confident on the phone and have excellent customer service skills
