Marketing Coordinator

**About the Role**
As an integral member of the marketing communications team, you will be responsible for working with the marketing team to coordinate the successful deliver of all marketing and communications activity to our external customers across our divisional business branks and our internal customers.
With support from the Head of Marketing and wider team, you will build knowledge and skills to support the delivery of the full communications and marketing mix from including content, website, blogs and social media to assisting with the events and exhibitions and divisional administration including bid support.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the coordination of business wide project case studies, including content, photography and approval.
- Support the Head of Marketing in the development and implementation of internal marketing strategy and activity.
- Manage the scheduling, content curation and posting on divisional social media platforms.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including design using online tools such as adobe creative suite.
- Create, update and distribute content on digital platforms including divisional brank websites.
- Manage day to day marketing to support tasks including project site signage.
- Build and manage positive relationships with group wide employee body and key stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver online and in person events, including forums, webinairs, regional events, exhibitions and internal events.
- Supporting divisional teams with the coordination of tender submissions, to include collation of content from all parties and formatting of documentation.
- Supporting the wider marketing team with research on market trends, demographics, competitive analysis to help shape and support marketing and sales strategies.
**About You**
You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to inspire confidence and trust among customers and stakeholders. You are proactive, organised and thirve when working as part of a small team to deliver multiple project deadlines.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business or events.
- Minimum 1 years workplace experience
- Experience of using creative packages including illustrator, adobe and Canva is desirable.
