**Position: Parts/Service Advisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between customers and our service and parts departments, providing expert advice and assistance.
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts for their vehicles or motorhomes.
- Coordinate with our service department to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for service and repair work.
- Maintain meticulous records of service appointments, parts transactions, and customer interactions.
- Address inquiries and resolve any customer concerns related to parts or services with professionalism and expertise.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or service advisory role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
