**About Distribution Finance Capital Limited**

We’re DF Capital, a specialist savings and commercial lending bank built to serve the needs of individuals and businesses in the UK. From straightforward savings to practical commercial finance solutions, our aim is to provide first class customer service to help manage and grow businesses or consumer savings.

Our history: Founded in 2016 as a niche commercial lender, we began a mission to help small and medium
- sized businesses (SMEs) across the UK by providing them with flexible finance products that support the growth of their businesses.

We were authorised as a bank in September 2020, which has enabled us to begin offering personal savings accounts to individual customers while continuing to maintain and develop the support we provide for UK businesses. Becoming a bank allows us to better support our existing customers and to widen that support to both new commercial and personal savings customers.

You’ll join the DF Capital Risk team performing field-based audit examinations for current customers, reporting your findings back to the risk and relationship teams enabling them to make informed decisions. You will be diligent and respectful in your approach, spotting issues early and enabling the risk team to tailor financial solutions that best fit our customers. You will also collaborate with other teams including Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Manage and perform field based audits across our portfolio
- Report risks identified on a timely basis with accurate information and delivery
- Improve the efficiency and accuracy of our processes by supporting the ongoing development of Audit and Risk frameworks and procedures
- To provide flexibility and an ability to prioritise workloads to meet the changing needs and demands of the business
- To engender a positive and professional working environment that engages customers so as to ensure customer retention and thus maximise opportunities at all times
- Assisting with the management of risk around the business via adherence to operational systems and processes at all times
