**11pm - 8am (1 hour break)**
- **Due to operational needs, overtime may be required beyond basic rota commitments - Any overtime will be paid by the successful applicant’s hourly rate.**_

28 per annuum (Inc Bank Holidays)

**Who we are**:
CATCH by Smith & Brock is a wholesale supplier of fresh & prepared seafood to hotels, restaurants, event and contract caterers, bars, pubs, and schools.

**General responsibilities**:

- Cutting, and preparing fish to customer specifications, including scaling, skinning, gutting, and filleting whole fish or fish portions.
- Maximising the yield of the product and minimising waste to ensure production is as efficient a possible
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
- Assisting with other warehouse / production duties as required
- Weighing, packaging, and labelling products to meet company and legal specifications.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.

**To be successful in this role you must have**:No specific prior experience necessary, but key requirements are:

- Have a great eye for detail
- Work well under pressure and be able to think outside of the box and have a 'can do' attitude
- Strong team player
- Fish cutting experience
- Demonstrates drive and positive approach to work
