Overview:
Owen Payne Care are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in a care home setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Duties**:

- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Administer medication according to care plans
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Help residents with mobility and transfers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Document and report any changes in residents' condition to the appropriate staff

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
