Would you like the opportunity to be part of a prestigious business based in Gloucester?

Due to growth my client is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. You will ideally have experience within Sage, with demonstrated experience of working within a similar Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable position. You will be a self motivated and enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn and work within a fast paced environment.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday, offering a superb salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum.

**The Role**:

- Process multi-currency bank statements, as well as expenses and credit card statements.
- Set up new suppliers using Sage.
- Code and Manage invoices, arranging sign off with managers.
- To ensure invoices agree to purchase orders.
- Manage the distribution of invoices and credit notes.
- Process supplier invoices using Sage.

**Skills and attributes required**:

- Accuracy & attention to detail.
- Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous accounts payable/purchase ledger experience.
- Proficient user of MS excel.
- Experience of using Sage.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
