This multidiscipline Property and Construction Consultancy are looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join their head office in Oxford. Located just outside the city centre, the office is easy to get to by car and public transport. With over 70 yearsof experience, 850 employees and 12 offices across the UK, this company delivers expertise in a range of sectors including Defence and Security and Arts, Culture and Heritage. They have worked on huge projects in the UK, such as the RAF Museum in Hendon andthe Queen Elizabeth School in Bristol, as well as big projects worldwide. As a Graduate Electrical Engineer at their Oxford office, you will be part of a team of over 200 diverse individuals working together to bring innovative solutions for clients withinBuilding Services.
Every day, you will take on a variety of responsibilities including producing detailed design drawings and specifications, visiting site during the construction phase to monitor progress, and ensuring services conform to the latest building regulations andtechnical standards. You will benefit from on-the-job learning experiences whilst working on prestigious projects from large industrial and commercial schemes with contract values over £30 million to smaller schemes. You will be exposed to many sectors andmany cultures working with interesting clients including, large retail companies, local authorities, Schools/Universities, contractors, and developers. What they are looking for in a successful Graduate Electrical Engineer:

- Electrical or Building Services Design degree, preferably masters level.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and an understanding of Amtech and Revit.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- High quality oral and written communications.
- The ability to mix well within a close knit, sociable team and someone who is not afraid to ask questions.
- Experience is ideal, not essential.
