One of Britain's most exciting design brands is looking for their next HR and Studio Manager to join their team in London. We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, enthusiastic HR & Studio Manager to join our busy interior design studio. Must be a confidentcommunicator with an interest in building brand relationships and cultivating a positive work environment. This role requires being comfortable in both client-facing and back-end administrative roles.
**_Responsibilities _**
- Supporting the team day to day, ordering supplies and sundries
- Gatekeeping and acting as first point of contact for phone calls and enquiries
- Oversee HR, to include recruitment, day to day staff support, onboarding, contracts, and Annual Leave allocation
- Team event organisation
- PR duties
- Liaising with journalists
- Admin support for talks and events
- Updating and maintaining PR documents including biography and company profile
- Drafting copy for articles, press, etc.
- Arranging Principal interviews
- Commissioning photographers
- Website management, liaising with graphic designers
- Developing ideas for Instagram, issuing planner to Principal for approval
- Mailing list management
- Arranging PR events
- IT duties
- Liaising and managing IT requirements and costs, ensuring cost efficiencies

**Skills and qualifications**
- Similar skills and experience in a similar role
- Essential skills include Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Mac proficiency, and experience with social media and PR.
- Experience with Photoshop and InDesign would be advantageous
