Job description

This role will support the management and development of our CRM system and work with colleagues across ParalympicsGB to enhance CRM communications during an initial 12-month period covering the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. The post holder will be someone that is data and insight driven, but also creative with a keen eye for detail.

The importance of accurate and reliable data is ever growing, the CRM officer will act as a data custodian and champion across ParalympicsGB. The post holder will be developing eComms communicating with all stakeholders including fans, athletes and commercial partners, they will therefore help us with our two strategic objectives of ‘Best Prepared Team’ and ‘Social Impact’ and support our overall vision of ‘Through Sport inspire a better world for disabled people’.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**CRM Communications**

Be briefed in by colleagues from across the organisation to design and send out eComms to appropriate audiences and track performance. The CRM officer will be responsible for receiving data and content briefs to then build and send eComms in an engaging and creative way, while adhering to ParalympicsGB’s brand, tone and voice.

Work with and support the Brand and Marketing Manager in growing and optimising automated fan/supporter journeys when relevant opportunities arise.

Work with and support the Brand and Marketing Manager to increase data collection points.

**Insights and Data Analysis**

Use data analysis tools and reports to optimise engagement of our eComms.

**Support CRM Management**

Work with internal and external stakeholders to support with the ongoing development of our CRM system - ensuring data is clean, up to date and optimised.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**

**Essential**
- At least 2-3 years experience working with the Salesforce CRM platform, ideally Sales and Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret and organise data
- An understanding of creating accessible communications
- An understanding of HTML code
- An attention to detail and creative eye

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of data and digital legal frameworks including GDPR
- A working knowledge of graphic design
- Experience on reporting on data projects - building reports and dashboards
- Up-to-date Marketing Cloud certifications including completion of the Marketing Cloud trails on TrailHead.
- A knowledge of, and passion for, sport.
- Be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
- An understanding of ParalympicsGB, its function and role and the environment in which it operates
- General knowledge of disability sport and commitment to improving the lives of disabled people
