Description


As CRM and Business Support Officer you'll play an important role in the CRM and Digital Channels team and make a significant contribution to their transformation plans.

You'll be the first point of contact for day-to-day operations of CRM.

You'll supportthe CRM manager in delivering the CRM strategy and developments and take the lead in making sure day to day issues are logged, triaged, tracked and resolved.

You'll work with colleagues across the organisation to promote and support the wider use of CRM tosupport all business operations, identifying training gaps and designing and delivering guidance to help resolve them.


Responsibilities will include:
First line CRM support, triaging support requests, logging, tracking and managing these through to resolution.

Support the CRM Manager with all projects, developments and enhancements through testing to go live.

Understand the importance of data integrity and support colleagues to improve data quality.

Be GDPR compliant and understand the importance of data protection across all areas of CRM

Support the creation of training documentation and other CRM related documents; develop and maintain a CRM induction process.

Work with colleagues to create and run reports, helping to build data literacy across RCOT.

Actively seek out improvements for CRM, creating and implementing solutions.

Profile
Previous experience in a CRM support role, ideally with experience of working with MS Dynamics.

Experience of gathering and documenting business requirements.

Experience of developing and documenting business processes and procedures.


The ability to work closely with colleagues to support them in their use of CRM systems, identifying training needs and creating appropriate support material.

Ability to communicate technical content to non-technical colleagues at all levels of seniority.

Exposure to membership bodies and professional associations will be helpful
