Holiday Lettings Coordinator

We are delighted to be working with our award-winning holiday cottage letting company based in the beautiful market town of Keswick
This is a fast-paced role with a mixture of office administration and being out and about meeting your clients - so will suit someone who likes to mix things up and get out from behind that desk
Part time role for 6 months, possibly longer.
30 hours per week over 6 days Monday-Saturday. You will have 2 days off in the week as well as Sundays off. The days off can be fixed each week or worked on a rota basis.
Standard office hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm in a small, but super friendly team
As a Holiday Lettings Coordinator, you will support the Service Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service, which involves:
Looking after a portfolio of properties
Monitoring guest feedback
Inspecting properties to ensure feedback is being addressed and actioned accordingly
Working with housekeeping teams to ensure highest possible standards are met
Keeping accurate records and updating systems
Due to the nature of the role, it does require a driver with access to a vehicle to enable you visit the properties in this stunning location Business mileage will be paid and there will be access to a company pool car on occasion.
