You will join a team as **Part-time Support Worker.** You'll have a lot of fun supporting Richard* and Brian* to share a house and live a life that makes sense to them. Richard loves going for a drive, helping you prepare meals, watching the TV. He does have personal care as he has limited mobility. Brian is a fan of The Sims, X-File and loves being creative through crafting. Maybe you have some hobbies and interests that you could share with them.

We are offering **Part
- time positions starting from 16 hours per week.. **You'll take your turn working shifts on a rota, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.

**We are offering Relief contracts as well, if you are looking for more flexible hours. How Relief works**

The Relief (Bank) post supports the permanent rota staff by completing shifts that are vacant due to annual leave/sickness/training/unforeseen circumstances. As such, hours are non specific but the service will endeavour to balance the needs of the service against your own work/life balance as appropriately as possible.

We normally plan the rotas one month in advance and there is no obligation to accept the work. If you unable to do any shifts you will remain on our Relief register for 3 months before automatically dropping off. Of course the more you put in, the more you will get out of this. Could also be a great way to see if this is the career path for you whilst earning some extra money at the same time Hourly rate for Relief staff is £10.45

**About you**

**You must hold a full manual driving licence and have access to a vehicle (which must be insured for business use)**.

At Macintyre we fully support your training and development. We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job.
