**Department Summary**

Welcome to the Hogarth Client Services team Client Service represents the critical first point of contact for our clients and are responsible for ensuring they receive the highest standard of service possible. Client servicing involves understanding the needs and desires of the client and proactively meeting those needs. Excellent client service, great project management, along with a broad knowledge of the multiple consumer channels are touchpoints, is essential to maintaining strong client relations and retaining business.

**What does an Asset Librarian do at Hogarth?**

The asset librarian will be the custodian of all content produced by the Nespresso. The content will be uploaded, stored and shared Workflow Platforms and the clients Digital Asset Management platform. The role includes deep knowledge of the assets, updating the filenames for the right platform, providing metadata & managing the usage rights; as well as being the key point of contact for any queries. The asset librarian will have a deep understanding of the client offering in order to act proactively in managing content. They should be able to demonstrate a good problem-solving ability, able to communicate with both clients and their partner agencies. And be passionate about optimising systems for search-ability and ease of use.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all content uploads; including how it's displayed, searchability and association to other areas
- Maintaining metadata consistency against the assets in the system & ensuring taxonomy is followed correctly
- Visual QC of all uploaded content. Liaises with uploader if there are metadata/asset errors requiring re-supply
- Track and facilitate the delivery of new/historical campaign/initiative assets into the. system & supporting with any data cleansing requirements
- Support all users of the platform with any queries relating to the content
- Demonstrate clear understanding of the brand
- Manage work using relevant technologies while adhering to agreed processes, ensuring that best practice is always applied
- Work collaboratively with members of the studio and other creator teams, the client, and the wider partner ecosystem
- Strive for better client and stakeholder relations
- Champion, promote and lead by example in view of key Hogarth policies, procedures and values
- Be proactive in resolving any issues that arise, escalating as appropriate for support if needed
- Attend and input to meetings in relation to account relationships, team collaboration, workflow, workload management and issue resolution
- Books new assets in with Hogarth QC teams - (broadcast QC, checking all elements are available for adaptation/reuse)
- Contact uploading agency or internal stakeholders with any queries/requests for re-supply
- Responds to user queries about upload specs etc. or simple queries on how to use the system (including client, agency)
- Informs interested parties (client or internal) once QC is passed and assets are available to order/adapt
- Tracks all uploads and downloads for reporting/billing purposes
- Flags any items where usage rights are about to expire
- Flags where planned uploads have not arrived (delivery dates missed by uploader)
- Compiles monthly data reports (number of uploads by region, most popular assets, overview of file types etc.)

**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**

The asset librarian will be based in Wenlock Studios. The role will report into the Client Director of the Nespresso Content Studio
