HR and Recruitment Assistant

**Role Description**:
You will be responsible for providing HR, Recruitment and administrative support to key Head Office functions and the wider business.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls to the office in line with the agreed Regency standards and process.
- Upon request Post Job Adverts and coordinate Screening and Interviews.
- Issue and Process all New Employees paperwork and complete their onboarding.
- Issue, Process and Track all Employees Vetting paperwork.
- Provide support to the Induction of all Employees.
- Creation and Distribution of Employees ID badges and Uniforms.
- Support the Creation and ongoing Management of all Relevant HR Policies, Processes and Associated Employee Contracts.
- Provide administrative support to Payroll, Management, Office Staff and Colleagues.
- Manage bookings and maintain Regency, s Conference Room Diary and Facilities.
- Support Regency’s cross training by creating and maintaining instructions on how to carry out key functions and administrative tasks.
- Subject to the demands of the business provide support to all Key Office Functions.
- Stock check Regency’s Office Stationery and Uniform Stock placing orders to maintain correct levels of relevant items.
**Education and/or Experience (if applicable)**:
- At least one years’ experience as a HR Assistant or related position and be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of employment law and human resources responsibilities
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and written, with experience of professionally liaising with colleagues and managers daily
- You will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organisation, be disciplined in your work with a can-do attitude.
- You will need to be hands on and able to hit the ground running.
- You will understand the importance of and always demonstrate a professional and commercial attitude and approach.
- You will be self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and commitment.
**Language Skills**:
Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) skills (essential)
Language skills - Fluent English (essential)
**Mathematical & Information Technology Skills**:
Competent IT and numeracy skills
**General Requirements**:
Must be professional and highly motivated with excellent organization skills and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative.
Attention to detail, accuracy with data entry, high volume task management skills essential.
Welcoming, friendly, and cordial people skills essential.
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
