We’re looking to offer a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 plus a generous and uncapped commission scheme. We make a commitment to you that we’ll never move the goalposts with your commission, something many of you will no doubt be familiar with. We offer 25 daysholiday plus bank holidays amongst a range of other benefits that we can tell you about on the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Based from our office in Kettering, you’ll build on your own strengths to find a niche within our business. It’s key to note this is far from a cold role and you’ll be provided with roles to get your teeth stuck into
- As the team grows, you will be offered the chance to build your own team if this interests you, if not, there are multiple opportunities to grow in the business - ask us about this
- We really do work as a team here, we want to see everyone do well. If you’re the sort of person that likes to support those around them, a real team player, you’ll fit in with the team here

**Skills & Experience**
- It’s important you have previous experience as a recruiter. If you’re reading this and you have no experience but fancy a career change, get in touch and we’ll have a discussion about our trainee roles
- You’ll be able to demonstrate a track record of developing new business and be open to learning new ways of bringing on board new clients - no room for know-it-all Nigels here
