**Role of the Mortgage Case Handler**

In addition to this you’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the office through a range of administrative tasks, including day-to-day accounts, invoicing and maintaining office systems, processes and procedures.

**Responsibilities for the Mortgage Case Handler**

Duties will include:

- Dealing with correspondence and producing standard letters.
- Liaising with lenders, insurance companies, solicitors and clients ensuring requirements are met such as obtaining evidence of earnings, completion of any questionnaires and recording and tracking these procedures on our systems.
- Entering new cases submitted correctly and keeping clients updated.
- Reviewing progress of each case through to offer, and completion.
- Electronic filing of client correspondence and all other relevant documentation at the time of processing.
- Discussing the various mortgage protection options with our clients and providing quotations
- Managing your workload and ensuring deadlines are met

**Experience for the Mortgage Case Handler**
- Mortgage qualifications (eg CeMAP) (preferred but not essential)
- Good general knowledge of life and mortgage related products and legislation (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience of working in an office environment is essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software
- Experience in establishing and following processes and procedures

**Hours -**

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
